KDS Karate is practiced in a number of countries including Canada, the United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Poland, Finland, Estonia, Israel and Morocco. There are four KDS clubs in Canada: two in Dartmouth, NS, one in New Glasgow, NS, and one in Taber, AB.

Brookhouse Club, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia:
This is the home club of KDS-Canada. The head instructor is Clarence Whynot, 5th Dan. We train on Monday and Wednesday evenings in the Brookhouse School gymnasium in Woodlawn. The head instructor for both adult and youth classes is Frank Zinck, 3rd Dan, who has been practicing for more than 25 years. He is also a 5th Dan in Kyushu-Ryu Ju-Jitsu and also teaches self-defence classes for women and children. Karate classes are held on Tuesday evenings at the North Woodside Community Centre in Dartmouth. The head instructor is Bob Bennett, 3rd Dan, who has been practicing and teaching for some 40 years. Children's classes are held on Thursday evenings at the Pictou County YMCA. Barnwell/Taber Club, Alberta:
