Youth Beginners - Thursdays 5:00-5:40
Youth Intermediate & Advanced - Thursdays 5:45-6:20

Parents are encouraged to join in and practice with the kids during the youth classes.

Instructor-Bob Bennett, 3rd Dan:
​Bob Bennett started training in KDS Karate in 1979, earning his black belt in 1984 and his 3rd Dan in 2005. He has taught thousands of children and adults through the YMCA in New Glasgow and also in Halifax.

Professionally, Bob is the Executive Director of Summer Street Industries, an organization that is dedicated to creating opportunity and a better life for adults with an intellectual disability.
